Tapzen Games ("we", "us", or "our") develops casual mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our apps.

Apps covered by this policy

This policy applies to our mobile applications, including:

• Tapzen 2048 (Android package: com.tapzengames.puzzle2048)
• Other Tapzen Games titles we may publish in the future that link to this policy

We may update this list when we release new games.

Information we collect

Our games do not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to play.

However, our apps and our service providers may collect:

• Device and usage information — such as device type, operating system, app interactions, and general gameplay events (for example, game started or game over), collected through Google Firebase Analytics to help us improve our apps.
• Crash and diagnostic data — such as crash logs and performance information, collected through Google Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs.
• Advertising data — such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and device information, collected by Google AdMob to show ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads where available).
• Data stored on your device — such as best score, level progress, sound preferences, and similar game settings. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
• Purchase status — if you buy a remove-ads or similar in-app product, purchase status may be stored locally and processed by Google Play or Apple App Store.

Third-party services

We use third-party services that collect information according to their own policies:

• Google AdMob — Google Privacy Policy
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) — Firebase Privacy
• Google Play / Apple App Store — for app distribution and in-app purchases

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and consent

Our apps may show ads. Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area), we show a consent message through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized advertising.

On iOS, we may request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission where applicable.

You can limit ad personalization in your device settings (Google Ads settings on Android, or Limit Ad Tracking on iOS).

Children’s privacy

Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Data retention

Analytics and crash data are retained according to Google’s policies. Data stored locally on your device remains until you uninstall the app or clear app data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, or to object to certain processing.

International users

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ.
